Why this message comes in sending a mail “address not listed in domino directory.”?

1. User is not listed in domino directory or he may be deleted. Or his personal document is nay also deleted.

What does router in lotus notes?

Router is used to route the mails from server to server or server to client.Router used his routing table to route the mails.

A user is not able to send/receive mails?

1. Check his mail file. May be it corrupted
2. Check his location doc and connection doc.

A user is not receiving mails but able to send mails, why?

1. Check his mail file name in location doc.
2. Check his location name.
3. Check his mail file location whether it is on server or on local

Why mail gets delayed in transfer?

There are so many reasons of mail delayed.1. If there are so many mails in mailbox, so mails stuck in queue.2. If there is some problem in the mail router or router may stuck.3. Connection doc is corrupt between servers.

Why mailbox corrupts? How it can be repaired?

There are so many reasons for this. This is due to server crash, design corrupt etc.We can fix it by fixup command or by restarting the server Console.

What is DNN and NNN?

DNN STANDS FOR DOMINO NAMED NETWORK ,BASICALLY IT IS GROUP OF SERVER IN A GIVEN DOMINO DOMAIN THAT SHARE A COMMON PROTOCOL & ARE CONSTANTLY CONNECTED.

A NOTES NAME NETWORK IS A GROUP OF SERVER THAT CAN CONNECT TO EACH OTHER THRU LAN PROTOCOL & NETWORK PATHWAY .

A message that you previously deleted is still showing up in one of your mail folders

A Message that you previously deleted is still showing up in one of your mail folder/view.When you try to open it, an error message comes up saying that "Document has been deletes" and nothing happens.

To update the folders index,press Shift+F9 keys on you keyboard simultaneously.You can also update indexes of all your Views/folders at the same time by pressing Ctrl+Shift+F9
